Middle East VC Global M&A Activity Number of Transactions
For comparative purposes, while 2,911 M&A transactions happened across the entire Middle East region, India, during the same period (from January 1, 2017 till June 9, 2022) had 5,297 M&A transactions while the US had over
70,000 transactions.
Looking across the globe across the major countries, there are 10 countries with transaction volumes higher than that of the Middle East region.
Transaction volumes in the Middle East are roughly between that which is found in Brazil (2199) and Spain (3,924).
