Just like the GCC, Israel’s M&A landscape is also dominated by majority stake sales buyouts, accounting for 63% of all transactions in the country.
While the GCC witnessed more asset sales, accounting for 34% of all transactions, Israel witnessed only 26% during the same period.
The complete buyouts peaked in 2021 with 147 transactions.
