GCC M&A Transactions by Industry and Year
Across the GCC, the consumer sector has witnessed the largest number of M&A transactions at 188 since 2017 followed by financials at 182.
The industrials sector comes in at third, with 177 transactions, while the TMT (Technology, media and telecom) sector witnessed 164 transactions during the same period.
