After tracking food security trends in 77 low- and middle-income countries across four regions, data from the USDA and the Economic Research Service (ERS) indicate concerning trends in food security worldwide, with significant disparities in severity across regions.
According to the International Food Security Analysis (IFSA), the situation worsened in most countries throughout 2022.
