Financial Advisor: Advisor Roles Split Between Regional Advisors And MNC Advisors

Regional advisors have only been involved in 25 transactions from the 174 transactions which reported advisor details.
Out of the 30 transactions, 15 transactions had reported deal values, totaling US$ 7.1 billion.
Majority of the regional firms are advising the buyers followed by representing the target.
While EFG Hermes has been exclusively representing buyers through the period, GIB Capital has represented the target on 3 occasions, while only representing either the buyer or seller on one occasion.
