In terms of value, the total number of transactions which reported any deal value is 325 accounting for US$ 15.3 billion.

It’s a lot lower than UAE’s US$68 billion during the same period and Saudi Arabia’s US$ 110.5 billion, which came from far fewer number of transactions in the case of the latter.

Thus, Egypt’s average ticket price of US$47 million is a significantly lower average transaction value than its regional counterparts.
