Singapore is a stand out in terms of their current digital evolution state. They stand head and shoulders above even the United States. Meanwhile, not so surprisingly, China has been identified as the state with the greatest Momentum in Digital Evolution, evolving at break-neck speeds. UAE & Qatar are the only MENA markets in the top quartile, with the UAE on-par with digitally leading Estonia, but moving at a much faster pace of evolution.
